IBSA is available to out-license its products for selected territories
on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis. The company usually retains the manufacturing tasks and delivers
finished products in order to ensure that the full IBSA quality is guaranteed regardless of the territory.
IBSA typically licenses end-stage projects, meaning that the agreements
are endorsed only after a local marketing authorisation has been already obtained or, the procedure
is close to completion. Alternatively, preliminary agreements resulting in ex-novo implementation of
registration procedures may be discussed.
